Refresh is the Spiritual Growth Ministries' Journal of Contemplative Spirituality. Each issue works with a theme that is both relevant and stimulating of thought, prayer and discipleship. The current issue reflects on the economic recession that has preoccupied the world in recent times.
Printed copies of the full Journal are available by subscription. There is a suggested donation of $5 per issue (for New Zealand subscribers) to help cover costs of publication and postage.

The journal is made available online in PDF format. (Adobe Reader is needed to read PDF documents. Most computers have this software installed by default. If not, a free version is available from www.adobe.com).
