Once on our mailing list you will receive the annual Programme of retreats and other events (usually mailed early December). 
You can also receive our six monthly Journal of Contemplative Spirituality Refresh. 
(There is a suggested fee of $5.00 per copy of Refresh if you would like to receive copies regularly.)

Note: New Zealand members of the mailing list will receive mailings by post, while members in other countries will receive electronic mailings in order to keep our costs down.
